maybe each round say to grind and split, and maybe give a short explanation for each 1 round at a time

Cool
An idea Idea for counteracting "CTer in a mood" kicking or 'He killled me so I'll kick him" events-
How about if the vote goes against kicking, the poll issuer gets kicked?
It would be interesting if nothing else? ...making the poller think a little more.
Getting kicked for attempting to kick an unkickable sounds cool anyhow Cool

GluGGsel ...Hmm... That never occurred to me!
(..don't you just hate it when people give intelligent replies Evil or Very Mad )
... multiple noobs, voting no in order to kick a habitual poller , be he a CTer or not - it ACTUALLY sounds kinda cool Wink

there are two possible answers to this problem:

1) create more admins (maybe most of cters and alot of trusted friends) that just have the power to kick people who have tked in the past round and also void votes

2)create a server where you must have a certain score on the ladder to enter (say above -5.0 or something)... this encourages people to play hard to acheive the status of the server...

btw the cool name attracted me to the server, but the different rounds kept me hooked

i think moveing to spectators for few rounds after few TKs would be good penalty. or just kick him. maybe it's possible to kill teamkiller instead of teamkilled if the TK is detected by server? :>
