It looks promising. People are going to realise how easy it is soon, then I'll be out of a job.
I probably won't have a chance to play around with anything till after the new year.
Work has been been quiet lately, hence the new maps (don't tell the boss).
But that's nearly over, now it's Christmas. My kids demand my time. which is fine by me.

Despite the fact I'm not a massive fan of shooting, there is a reasonable amount of space and hiding places on that map so I wonder if the whole zombie thing might go well on it. If not, it could probably be scaled down.

Yes making maps is really easy; it just takes time. hopefully soon i'll get time to make a program better than them all(i at least know what needs improved in each of them to make me happy with a program). If i make one i'll start out simple just drawing lines and adding circles and other regular shapes. then i'll add in the SHIFT key when you press that and drag it will make the shape align to a certain degree. i'll add circles that prompt you for start angle end angle(maybe convert them to ellipse). then i'll add some cutting tool. then i would put in a box at the bottom to change settings if you click on something. After a while i would have a whole tool kit that adds Zones and spawns. also I may add a text thing too where you can type text and place it on the map (actually thats what i'll be making first).

sound like a good program? I think i'll use JAVA because it would be the easyest and i can make it an applet so it can be on the web. I can even put a file menu on it where you can set all the stuff in this <Resource type="" name="" version="" author="" category=""> then possibly an import and export code. well export will most likely be a text box to start with. with import possible an auto change to the version.

wow i goto keep this post since i could probably do all that it just takes a lot of time.

is there a map making program for mac????? if so please paste the links i would love to make maps
