This is actually a very simple modification that even I could do (I'm in a begginer C/C++ class). If you can tell me the location of the code, and the current compile command line, I can make a quick change (backing up the original) and recompile with the changes. |
I'd be happier if you could create a patch for 0.2.8.2.1.
I'd rather it had been tested first before using it on CT Wild.
Make the patch, then it should be simple to change team names/colours from round to round. Or however we choose to do it.
Seems like a lot of work though. I'd rather see a decent ladder type system first. |

Okay, I'll work on the rankings first. Not that I've had much time to do anything now that school started again. |

i think that is an awesome idea. even if different colors don't work out the different name is definitely a great idea. good thinking. |

Hey ed. couldn't you recompile it and define a config-file ressource (or any external resource) to let the program get the team name? then u could just change the entry in the config-file.
Wouldnt that work anyway? |

Aw.
I never programmed with C/C++. With some luck i could manage to do it in Java... Thought u are a Prgrammer ed .
Maybe Wargasm or any other IT Specialist could program such a little name-config-file inclusion. |
