So many surprising things are happening in this group: England is sucking, USA actually ends up pwning, a ref disallows a goal and doesn't say why.

Who do you think will get out of the group at this point?

I personally think USA is going to beat Algeria and top out the group. (Yeah, I never would've thought that before)
For second place, I think it's a split between Slovenia and England. If England keeps on playing like they have in the past two games, they're not going to win.

Getting into goal differential:

US Lose to Algeria by 1 goal, England beats Slovenia by 1 goal: England & Slovenia Advance
US Lose to Algeria by 2 or more goals or England beats Slovenia by 2 or more goals, England and Algeria Advance
US & Algeria tie, Slovenia & England tie: Slovenia and US advance unless England scores enough goals to have more than the US has in all games (at least 3, perhaps more if US scores against Algeria).
