Thx for all the answers and i wait for more
I use speed too as a weapon...
But when i attack i try sometimes to stick to the defender and make with go in zone and then it will come the time he/she dies! |

WRONG!
1/ You will never learn to attack properly
2/ You don't learn team play
3/ Although, you'ill be good at def |

i made up some moves that i never find on anybody else... somehow annoying, so i now tell some i do since several months
defense:
in general i use much backwalls or other walls around the zone to make traps or to gain speed
also i speed a lot on my own tail
the disadvantage of high speed is that its risky to make full contact with the own tail
so i found a way to brake down on corners without using brake too much
i make something like a negative square with doublebind inside - triplebind back - doublebind outside, touching own tail on inside
this corner that stays, works like a simple corner but people get trouble if they want to grind on it
also i can just let them trop if i do other things that make me lose my tail-end by just making a usual corner
next time i can change it a lot without risking any suicide or (if i follow my tail with minimal gap) i just van follow it and minimize the bind-spaces
other funny thing is that man times if people are near to those corners i make such a negative square on the part before, so that for a very short time there is a gap to see, but as i use same amount of binds, i close it verrry fast again (many many kills for that move)
defense on nano
after building the big square completely around the zone i move inside of it and touching this from the inside i doublebind towards my tail this makes lots of nasty traps some alike the teeth of a saw
the nasty thing is also that caus the second bind is already in contact to the tail-inside this part has no big volume and is not that good to see
another fine killing move: if lines go parallel and i am a little faster i sometimes triple bind out, followed by a double bind to kill (some snake-bite like) then i doublebind back to where i came from and triplebind back into line... so the gap produced by the killed attacker is closed automatically and i lose only very little space
new def on octa gone crazy (??)
many defs take two of the zones on the backtunnel and def both
i found it much better just to chose the central one and defending both sides towards it symmetrical
this gives two corners to trap and much more space for improvisation
other thing i am quite proud on: i always (if possible - silly noth shuffeling inside) defend from positions two or three and bind back on the inside. THIS WORKS ON EVERY MAP BESIDES ONE.
sometimes on usual axes i first grind a minimal way with the common grind and return after. this makes one kill against stupid grind-slippers
the main advantage is: i can see who is not grinding and close this gap immediatly
plus this takes some time until i make the circle around the base, so dead tails can vanish |
