Done.

the rank is not the line number anymore but the real ranking calculating for the last 21 days and only for the ones reaching more than 100 rounds played. This can be changed easily.
For the one with less than 100 rounds, they have N/A on the ladder but are still ranked but at the end of the list. I'll correct this point will I'll be able to create view in the database.

Nice work Voodoo.
I look forward to the fixes. How about another column that works much like the rank did before, so a player can see that he has position 17 on the ladder, but 12 on the %age rounds won sort.

I believe you're right, well spotted. This ought to be fixed in some way.

i just got an idea.
how about to remove those guys from the list who didnt played 1 or more weeks ?
and put them back if they play after some weeks again?
i know this system from another game.
but i dont know if its posible in a game like this lol

Well, it currently shows only the last 3 weeks.
If they don't play at least 100 rounds in the last 3 weeks they are dropped.
So, you need to keep active, and do well, to stay at the top.
This the kind of thing you mean?

Styball is on wrtl's server. It's just the old txt stats that are shown here. Updated from wrtl's server every 5 mins I think.
I'd be interested to see Fortress Cafe put into a ladder similar to this.

Infamous, I think one ladder is enough, don't want to confuse things (or create more work).
I've been thinking about each player having his own page for individual stats, maybe that info could be in there.
With week by week totals, that sort of thing.

Note that traffic between the two servers is completely free, so in theory we could just tail -f ladderlog.txt through a ssh connection.

No, I didn't notice. It's because of the port change and because of the /dev/null issue.

I fixed it, please check if it keeps updating.

i would like to see who here like the idea of renew the ladder every 3 weeks?
with reason plz^^
imo its not very good becouse since there is a ladder like this i play a lot more than befor on that server and i have a reason for that. trying to get more and more points but now if they get renewed every 3th weeks its useless to play becous u know that they get deleted and start new xD i know there are some players who dont care about the ladder and just play for fun but a ladder that dont get renewed would make players playing better and they might getting better then Razz
