Just wondering, what was the highest (known) score ever achieved on Fortress? team and individual?

there is another post like this for the individual points (52 i think)

highest team score i saw was like 202 or something

Mazuffer got 52 points in 10 round fortress

My high in 12 rounds (CT Wild) is 48 and in normal is also 48

*Note: Both scores were achieved in servers where I had 200+ ping

Points don't mean anything really. I can play a blinder and only get 12 points, and play a right shit game and get 30+.

I only took that other pic of my 48 last night because it beat alex's, but really, all that happened was my team died a lot which meant the other team killed themselves on my wall more. And it's easy to get points as def, I'm much more proud of getting 35 points from centre the other day.


why does the ping matter?

supposedly ping affects lag...more ping=more lag but it never affected me

Ping affects you SO much. Wow what a dumb question...

if u have lag o meter on then u know... basically if u have about my ping and u playing with lag o meter on, then EVERYBODY else has big white triangles around their cars... bigger than u think they are more than half the size of the speed level zones.

if i play in wild west sumo (200 ping) then they are half as big...

the white triangles indicate where an opponant can be... therefore u are usually at one of the tips

I got 12 in one round once. My whole team died and I was left with 6 on 1 on one of the Chico maps. Fortunately, I didn't get holed and killed them all

Yeah but you get used to it don't you? there are plenty of american players who play really well with 150-200 ping.

I don't mind that kind of ping myself, the only time it affects me is in wildwest servers when i use hextuple binds.
