Hm to clarify, he pulled his app like an hour before we were gonna post the result, and he pretty much already knew what it was...

But yes I guess you are correct that he withdrew his app.

Yeah cody told me he pulled his app, a lot of it was because he wasn't going to play in the ladle, but you still didn't let him sub for us.
