You people miss the point of learning to drive a camel in the desert. In the finest of Sufi traditions, it would be not just about the skills of driving a camel, but about purifying one's mind, soul, and heart. The reference that I made about navigating across the desert with only the eye of a needle to navigate with is actually a reference from the bible and is alluded to in the koran. Men would navigate across the trackless desert using only the eye of a needle and the sun as a guide. It was known that only a man that was pure of heart could successfully do this. One who was not pure of heart would be incapable.
In a way, perhaps without really meaning to say it, MB is really trying to say something more here.....
After all, where MB comes from, learning to drive a camel is of the vital steps toward manhood for those that follow a traditional path......
As to bombs, well, if MB teaches you all to cut like he does at times...that is one heck of a bomb![/b] |
