u need to go to admin panel, user management and set the user as admin on the combobox u will find.

i did it but when he comes online his user dusent become the admin color...and how do u change the logo

to change the logo u need to replace the image file with a new picture with the same name and size to make it look fine.

if the color isn't changed it means u are doing something wrong.

oh i checked it, sorry i was wrong, i didn't make it lasts mounths

it is on permissions into user's admin panel, there is a combo field called "User Level".

i haven't time to help u in all stuff, anyway what i mean about logo is that u can't upload it using the admin panel. Steps u need to follow:

- look at the actual logo size
- make a new logo with a similar size to make it fit on the layer
- look 4 the name file and put it to ur new logo
- replace the file using an ftp client (it will be into the images folder of the phpbb root).
