an arabic friend said to me one of the worst insults in arabic was dog that sounds like "kelb"

i heard from a german comedian from turkey that the arabic insults are like

u son of a goat who had sex with a horse .....
they are insulting their whole family when they begin to do so...
but idk if he is a trust worthy source
