7 hours and 30 minutes over warm charcoal = Truly delicious, the last 30 minutes getting slathered in BBQ sauce

I thought there was no such thing as ontopic here. I thought that the mods just split the threads when needed. Like my 8 pages of "Fried Chicken and Ribs" that was originally a split from another thread.....
Maybe i should make some ribs....

Well, after typing that, It was time to visit the freezer and pull out a half slab of ribs and chicken! For what its worth, I don't eat a whole half slab of baby back ribs at once...... I usually only eat 2 pieces of chicken, and 3 or 4 ribs at the most at one time. I already made the homemade macaroni salad, and homemade pork and beans that are traditional American side dishes.

Fried Chicken and Ribs FTW!

You can have ribs and fired chicken, but thier is something else lerking just below those ribs. After an excellent dinner of pork tenderline i figured it was a good time to bump this topic again. I cooked the pork tenderline on a charcol gril for about 30 minutes, then i moved it into a foil package for about 30 more minutes, It came out great Smile had it stuffed with some chopped garlic, pork seasoning + salt ans fresh ground black pepprercorns. also seasoned the outside with the same (minus garlic) If it is not fried chicken or ribs, pork tenerline has gotta be the next best thing to cook.

Funny you bumped this thread, sylla! I made fried chicken and ribs yesterday, but was hesitating to post.... So, lets talk lasagna! My wife and I make a pretty awesome lasagna, but, I would love to hear yours!

Basically, if you are willing to share how you make yours, I will gladly share my wife's method/recipe. Let's compare notes, maybe I can learn something!

As to the Fried chicken and ribs, this time a made a family favorite style of fried chicken that my wife came up with, mustard/mayo chicken.

Basically, you make a mustard/mayo sauce, 1/3 mustard 2/3 mayo. Roll the chicken in that, then roll in bread crumbs, Panko bread crumbs work best! As to seasoning the bread crumbs, we keep it simple, just salt, a little pepper, a little garlic powder. Fry the chicken in a pan and finish in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven (177 C) until the chicken is fully cooked.
