Well, when I got a good deal of ribs when this topic was going, I froze 2 slabs of ribs. Thawed 1 slab yesterday, and we had Fried Chicken and Ribs! So, I just had to post on this topic, just to let you know! |

Ah, time to revisit my favorite topic on this forum! My wife found an excellent value for a half-slab of baby back ribs, just for me! You all know how I love my Fried Chicken and Ribs. I don't make it very often. But, with the deal we found on chikcen, I just had Fried Chicken and Ribs for dinner! For the ribs, I used Open Pit Barbecue sauce, it's a classic! For the chicken, I made Mustard-Mayonnaise Chicken, something my wife invented one night. All you do is dip the Chicken in a mixture of Mustard and Mayonnaise, about 3/4 Mayonnaise to 1/4 Mustard, and toss it in Panko bread crumbs, that have been lightly salted. Fry the Chicken until brown, and bake until done. We actually have about 6 different ways we make Fried Chicken! |

I eat way more grilled chicken than fried. Otherwise, I would not continue to lose weight, just gain! |
