This is not the first time I have made a complaint relating to this subject, and I have a feeling it will not be the last.

Today, at about 6:30-7:00 PM CST, I was playing on CTWF. A person was present under the name (I may not be exact) |Jedi|swiss. By his incessant tking, use of vulgar language, and instas, I knew this was the same old swiss/dev/null/hack or whatever his name is, that has been causing trouble across tron for years. I attempted to kick twice, and one of the victims of his tking attempted once, but all three attempts failed (people kept voting against for whatever reason).

Now, I've been playing tron for 4+ years and CT servers for 2+. I can remember this guy being around for as long as I've played on CT servers. He always puts up a variation of the same act: claiming to be a swiss girl who doesn't speak good English. But soon enough, he is swearing up a storm and killing his teammates out of a lack of respect for the team's presence (those who have played on a team with him know what I mean).

To get to the point: isn't there some way to permanently ban this guy? Not based just on my complaint, but based on the fact that I’m sure plenty of other people have had the same (or worse) experience with him, and that he is universally known in tron as a trouble maker.

I know from past experience that kicking him does little, as he simply changed his IP address and shows up again 10 minutes later. Can't his IP be called or something and be asked to cut him off from CT servers for the trouble he causes? Even if just for a little while so he get’s the message?
I would just like somebody of authority to address this problem once and for all, because after years of causing trouble on tron, this guy is clearly not letting up.

I wonder if there is something about CTWF that makes people rage? Strangely, swiss has been quite tolerable lately in DS Mega Fort. He doesn't get kick polled nearly as much as he used to, in fact, almost not at all anymore. Actually, some people seem to prefer him on their team. Maybe because, comparatively speaking, he's still better than some of the moron troublemakers that show up in that server.

The logs, of course, will tell the truth about swiss.

I've seen quite a few incidences in the last week or so on CTWF, I guess i reimplement the ban this time for good, as (s)he agreed to when i let him/her come back.

@Word: I THINK there have been two people over time who used names relating to dev/null/swiss/hack/etc; an original person, and a newer one. Again if I am correct, the original one was the leader of the "Elite" clan, who would be a male according to your post. The new one claims to be a 14 year old girl, beats me...

@sine: I've seen him/her only once (yesterday) in the past few months, and (s)he was acting as rude as ever. It is possible that when she played with you, she stayed on her best behavior? What I've noticed always is that she tends to be a bit more calm around people of authority, and though you aren't one (), she recoginzed that you're highly active, and ticking you off would probably stick you in the back later on.

Anyways, if (s)he really is in their younger teens, then they'll probably mature over time; maybe you'd want only a 6 month ban? 1 year ban? It's just a suggestion, by all means I'm happy to see him/her gone, so thank you very much Kyle

Also at what sine said, it is kinda sad that she was such a jack***. She might not quite be the "DEF MASTER" as she screams in everybody's face, but she is a very good one. Not to mention she's very skilled, and benefits from a low European ping. W/e

nah its the same guy, i know his name is joris. if you ask swiss if he knows a guy called joris he will say its his sister. but once i asked him under alias and he was like HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME ....

whatever the name or gender, We already banned swiss during few months, and as kyle said, let him back under one condition.

if the logs prove he failed, then he'll be banned from our servers.
if there's abuse or harrasment (he can be really annoying) he'll get kicked from our forums/IRC servers.
