the idea of clan admins is as old as CT is. the forums are one of the important parts in our clan life. clan admins have full power there. they decide who gets what rights on which forums, e.g. they can decide who gets CTer/servertec/squadlead etc and decide who moderates what forums/medals etc. The clan leader is an admin too. Only difference is that if there are disagreements between admins then the leader has the final decision. only server techs may become clan admins due to sensitive data that they could take look in. that's like what a clan admin looks like today.
Before I got clan leader CT had several clan admins: Xevi, Shadow, Ed, PTA. After time I was the only one left and I introduced squad leaders: some stuff today is delegated to squad leaders like rank and medal management and some forum moderation. but squad leaders most important job is to maintain squads and care about tourney organisation and clan spirit.
