I think you should get more serious with the problems you do. noob_saibot is not really someone who cries because he loses a match, there must been anything wrong. perhaps you say now " ah, let dreadlord ( this noob ) talk and let him feel cool ", but I think you should decide what you do in the future with gamers in tron who just want to play and not get fucked of you.

I was there and saw nothing strange. The players were silent all the time while playing.

I was about to make a thread about this issue
someone on #armagetron talked to me about that (yeah, use IRC )
and the match was NOT calm
I mean, it was, but BOTH teams were saying stuff that could be misinterpreted.
I am sad to say that I'm ashamed by our attitude, we were showing off a bit too much, in '/team' it's not a problem, but some of us could say loud "let's try to win 100-0"... it's not nice for NoT who were happy and willing to play.
remember times when we couldn't bear having enemies saying we suck...

Another thing: if noob_saibot thinks so, why did he not told us? o_O we are not deaf and not jerks enough to ignore him!


EDIT: after reading logs (I have them if needed) I can see that appa started talking bad (insulting us, I dunno if he was joking, but there's no sign of humor in his text, anyway I won't paste it here) way before we were badly arrogant...

Well, I know it has been awhile since the ladle, but I just want to clear things up. Things were said, and on both sides. But it wasn't until comments such as "Let's update the wiki now LOL...." before the match was even over, or "damn, we can't win 100-0" that my players started saying things back. I can't remember all things that were said, but things were said. Now speaking for myself, trying to organize a team with completely random people was hard enough, and to have those kind of comments did piss me off. However, I realize it wasn't all of CT who said it. In fact, I cannot even remember the names of people who said stuff. I'm old enough that I usually don't get pissed off about petty stuff like trash talking, it was just the heat of the moment that's all. No hard feelings and I hope to run into you guys on the grid some more.
