Create a new sumo server with elimination settings.
Based in the old server: Bugfarm Elimination Sumo.
New server name: Crazy Tronners Elimination Sumo.

It was fun, but the problem with bugfarm elimination was that people leaved the server when they were eliminated.

maybe should we change the map. and have 2 sections (the map splitted in 2 by a wall) and every eliminated player starts on the other side of the wall, and his points are not counted.
That may be possible, but it's some work to do...

The good is that eliminated player SPEC the game. And return to the game in the new match.

There's work on it but this is the perfect thing that can be split on several small severs as we discussed previously ...
Here's the picture :
4 servers with 1 pod of 4 players each.
When the fight is over on 1 pod, send the players on remaining ones as spectators ...
After a n rounds (4?), up to 4 players are out to keep only 3 pods. These players keep fighting for fun in one of the pod
the other one continue the fight for n rounds and again up to 4 players are out to keep only 2 pods.
etc until 1 pod remains ...
all pods can receive infos about the tournament even when players are out.

Once the tournament is over, a new one start...

The tournament mode can be activated if there's at least 12 players, otherwise it remains normal sumo but splitted in small servers ...

anyways... I don't like bugfarm elimination that much cause those who may not play just get out... so if we bring back eliminiation i think those who actually aren't allowed to play anymore still should be able to play on looser-server (voodoo's idea9 or same server but other area on map that doesn't count and with walls around them so they can't disturb finals
