I play an online game (www.pardus.at) and they are making servers in lots of games, including arma. Could you possibly tell me how to do that real-time-server status thats on the front page of the forum? but only for their server.

The server browser? Have a look at this thread on the arma forums. There's a couple of scripts, take your pick.
