haha Sylla, how nice it is to be 16 ... 2/3 training a week ? you know I have a wife, my company and clients to take care ...
You're right about training cause a match is cool but it is not the place to try new strategies/tricks ...
For example, the fortress floor is a very good idea but it can't be as useful as it should be without defining different starts for different situations.
May be we should try to figure out our mistakes/weakness after a match ... kind of debriefing.
Other stupid idea ? may be we should have 2 inner teams for trainings. Why ? That way, each team can discuse new strategy/move without the other team to beaware of it and try it during training to see if it works ?
Another idea I hope we can provide soon (as soon as we can get marathon back

) : defining a sequence for trainings ...
Well, we are focus on fortress and it's normal as it is the most practice there. But according to me sumo remains the best technical/tactical training and the best way to improve individually. Look at the best players, they are almost all good sumoer ...
We can have sequence like sumo to warm up, very low rubber map (2?), high speed map, ... whatever ... a few rounds of everyone to practice different situation.
Btw, what about a styball team in ct ? and a cup ? Styball is typically a game that is build for a championship
