I have experienced problems recently on the CT server - several maps that dont load because of missing files and all of that

could you please post the maps, which are missing? Maybe some paths aren't set correctly, but at the moment I don't know what problem there is

Well there was some disorientation - i had multiple ping spikes of over 1000 - but i can be sure of speed city, probably speed kills, im not sure about level 6, and little circles, but possibly all of level seven - so level 5,6 and 7

It might merely have timed out on you. ie your connection was too slow to download the map before the round started, so it kicked you out.

I don't think there's any problems on the server, I've played and no one else has been kicked off in this way.
