Yes. wrtlprnft is away and it relies on the same data as his page here: http://wrtlprnft.ath.cx/serverlist/serverxml.php?stripcolors
Which as you can see (at the time of writing) is also broken.
If wrtl doesn't surface soon I will disable the feature until his return.

actually the script he uses to generate players database is available in CVS. we could host it ourself if it wouldn't stress ed's or pta's VPS

nah, we use the wrtl's one. here's the source.

i've noticed the servers are displayed twiced, but the wrtl's reply sends only 1 copy of each

Sometimes the servers are shown twice, when this happens sometimes the servers hold the same players, sometimes there are slight differences.
Sometimes not all servers are displayed.
Sometimes it get's refreshed after 30 seconds, sometimes it can take up to 200 seconds.

Mostly the data is reasonably up to date and accurate.

Just these last couple of days have been worse than ever. I'm sure wrtl will have a clue as to what the problem is. He just happens to be away right now.

oh yes, you need access to a database describing the world (;
there should be scripts allowing you to create such database.
