I leave the clan.
My reasons:
- 30 (or more?) members and only about 10 - 15 are really playing tron.
- 30 (or more?) members are too much.
- every player who is a bit kind and has a bit skill is able to join ct if he waits long enough, it is too easy to join the clan. (for example: me *jk*)
- bad organisation for clan wars, trainings and so on.
- I always heard about "Clan needs restructured" but I've never seen one.

But I must say:
- Most of you guys are nice and have skill.
- It was cool to win some matches with you.
- It is great that you host that muchs server and make more room for noobs and other players.

I leave the clan and will try to join x. If I can't I'll play without clan, won't be a big difference.
It's nothing against anyone in or around the clan!

Can't really argue with any of your points.
It's not so much a clan anymore, just a bunch of people who wear CT next to their name.
Some very fine players and people among them.
If only we could get it together we might be a force to be reckoned with.
But let's be honest, that's never going to happen
