I have an idea that maybe you can make a server that only good players are let on (I'm okay if u think i am a noob although I hope you don't) maybe like ct private fortress (now marathon) is when it is locked. There would be a good amount of ct admins to change type of match when necessary and good players would be able to enjoy a good game of tron without noobs.

P.S. If you don't have the money than it is okay.

personally, I don't think that exclusivity is a good thing.
