basically there is no way to stop this currently. tron can only ban by ipaddress and this is easy to change/fake.
So we're worling on our own authentication system.

Been looking through the log files.
These 2 ip addresses come up a lot when there are "faker's" on the server annoying everyone. They work together, bugging everyone, stealing names, etc.

They are now banned for 999999 minutes (about 2 years), this will be refreshed each time the server is restarted.
