This is a small bugfix release to 0.2.8.3. Most important fixes:
- fixed temporary sound disappearance when alt-tabbing away and back
- default subcultures are now distributed
- enable 32 bit color depth at desktop resolution
- no more display lists for SiS cards
- spelling mistakes and missing German translations

| Lots of small improvements went into this release. There are new cyclephysics settings, chat can be moderated, new anti-lag code and thelag-o-meter now looks correct. We've got player authentication, a friendslist and server subcommunities. Players joining a server now get a nicefullscreen message, making server specific policies more visible. |
